The story of Pankaj Kumar Gupta, owner of Banarasi Bhunja shop in Patna is also similar. In fact, his grandfather had once reached the capital Patna from Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh in search of work. Despite many efforts, when he did not get work as per his wish, he started his own stall of Banarasi Bhunja in Patna. Pankaj tells that there was a day and today is the day when his three Banarasi Bhunja shops are running in Patna. He gives credit for this to his grandfather.

Pankaj told Local 18 Bihar that his shop is visible on the right side as soon as you get down from the Agam Kuan bridge in Patna. Let us tell you that here you get 100 grams of Bhunja for Rs 15. In which not just one or two, but a total of 16 types of things are mixed. Pankaj tells that he prepares all the ingredients to be added to Bhunja himself. Banarasi Bhunja includes many things including wheat, gram, almonds, maize, namkeen, bhujia. Pankaj further told that he also takes orders in weddings and parties. Let us tell you that apart from Agamkuan, his brother and father also run Banarasi Bhunja shops in Gulzarbagh Mandi and Sadiqpur.

Sattu and chips are available with Bhunja.
Pankaj tells that along with Bhunja, many types of namkeen, dalmoth and bhujia are also available at his place. Apart from this, pure Sattu and chips are also sold in the shop. People also like to buy fried green peas, almonds etc. According to Pankaj, more people come to buy Bhunja on Saturday than on other days. Due to this, there is crowd of customers at the shop.
